Refund policy
1. Freshness Guarantee
We take special care to ensure the freshness of our flowers. If, at the time of delivery, you notice that the flowers are not fresh or the bouquet has been significantly damaged, please inform the courier immediately. In such cases, we will gladly offer a replacement or issue a refund.
2. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before our team begins preparing it. Preparation usually starts 4 hours before the scheduled delivery. Once the bouquet or arrangement has been created, cancellations are no longer possible.
Please note: If your order is placed outside of business hours, the preparation process will only begin at the start of the next working day.
3. Absence of the Recipient
If the recipient is unavailable at the specified address, the courier may leave the bouquet at the front desk, by the door, or with a trusted person at the location. In these cases, the order is considered successfully delivered and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
4. After Delivery
All delivered bouquets and floral arrangements are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
All sales concluded at AvaFlowers are final.We are providing a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. Receiving a defective product being the only exception. All such claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving the flowers. A photo of the arrangement must be submitted to avaflowersusa@gmail.com. Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided by AvaFlowers.
Will always do our best to use the exact flowers shown in the picture on the website. However, due to the nature of perishable product, if a particular flower is not available, we reserve the right to substitute flowers WITHOUT sacrificing the look and/or value of the piece.
