Delivery Policy
1. Service Area
We deliver flowers within a 25-mile radius of downtown Hollywood. Delivery within 25 miles is available as shown during checkout. For deliveries beyond 25 miles, terms and pricing are discussed individually. To arrange your order, please contact our manager at +1 (754) 802-9244.
2. Recipient Availability & Access
If the courier cannot access a gated community, apartment building, or private residence, an additional delivery charge may apply. If the recipient is not at the address, the courier may leave the bouquet at the front desk, near the door, or in another safe location. In such situations, the order will be considered delivered and cannot be refunded or replaced.
3. Delivery Delays
Should there be any delay, we will contact the customer first to update and agree on further actions. If reaching the customer is not possible, we will then contact the recipient to coordinate the delivery.
4. Address Changes
If the delivery address is modified after the order is confirmed, an extra fee may be required depending on the new location.
